Keep an eye on your TV screens from today as PlayOJO has launched a brand new multi-million-pound TV advertising campaign, Thumbs Up OJO.
The live action advert has been directed by hot-shot director Djawid Hakimyar and features Royal Shakespeare Company actor Joshua McCord.
In the advert, McCord plays Tom, a happy-go-lucky PlayOJO regular who walks around town with a larger than life thumbs up to represent the fantastic feeling he gets when treated fairly at PlayOJO.
As he walks down the street, Tom meets a cast of colourful characters that also play slot games at PlayOJO and he acknowledges each with his oversized thumbs up.
You can watch the ad below.
The advert will be broadcast across key terrestrial and digital channels including ITV, ITV 2, ITV 4, ITVBe, Dave, Film 4, E4, Sky Cinema, Sky 1, Nat Geo and 5 TV.
The TV ad forms part of a £10 million media campaign that also includes radio, online and social media and aims to further establish PlayOJO as the “truly fair online casino”.
The brand takes this stance because it has no wagering requirements whatsoever, no minimum or maximum withdrawals and a cashback system that sees players receive money back on every bet.
Peter Bennett, who is head of brand marketing at PlayOJO, says that TV ad “reinforces” this position and will continue to establish PlayOJO as a household name.
We have pulled out all the stops with this campaign, bringing on board a highly successful director and established actor to really bring our messaging to life, creating a style of advertising that sets us apart from our competitors in a way that we hope will appeal to players across the UK.
We are backing this campaign with significant spend to continue to build our brand recognition to help achieve our ambition to become the UK’s most recognised online casino brand by 2021.
